Viewlay for Speakers
Give your audience a way to find you after you leave the stage.
A slide card with a QR code. A live profile showing what you're working on. One scan and attendees can follow up — no business cards, no typos, no lost connections.
You gave a great talk. Then the moment passed.
Someone in the audience wanted to follow up — but couldn't catch you after your session. Your slides had a URL that was hard to type on a phone. Your LinkedIn handle got misheard. The connection that should have happened, didn't.
Viewlay gives you something scannable right on your slide — a QR code that takes people to your live profile, where they can see your posts, your socials, and whatever you're working on right now.
What you get
A Speaker Card for your slides
Generate a branded portrait PNG from your profile — designed to sit in the corner of any presentation slide. It includes a QR code that links directly to your public Viewlay profile. Exports at 3× for crisp display on any screen. One click, done.
A live profile attendees can actually find
Your public profile at viewlay.com/users/you shows your name, bio, and social links — plus any active posts you've made from the event. Attendees scan the QR code and land on it instantly. No app download. No account needed to view it.
Post live from the event floor
Drop a post about your session, where you'll be for coffee breaks, or what you want to talk about. It shows up on the map, visible to everyone at the venue. Posts expire in 24 hours — it's presence, not noise.
All your social links in one place
Add LinkedIn, Twitter/X, GitHub, Bluesky, your blog, podcast, newsletter — whatever you want. Your profile links out to all of them. One QR code, every way to reach you.
How to set it up
- 1
Create a free Viewlay account
Sign in at viewlay.com with just your email — no password, no app to install.
- 2
Fill in your profile
Add your name, bio, and any social links you want attendees to find. Takes about two minutes.
- 3

Paste the card into the corner of your last slide (or your intro). It sits quietly until someone scans it.
- 5
Attendees scan, you connect
Anyone with a phone camera scans the QR code and lands on your live profile — no app, no friction.
What the card looks like
