By using Viewlay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Viewlay.

2. What Viewlay Is

Viewlay is a location-based platform for sharing time-sensitive, location-specific information. It is not a public forum or free speech platform. Viewlay operates like a curated bulletin board — content may be removed for any reason.

3. Acceptable Use

You may post content related to deals, events, food, music, services, and community offerings tied to a specific location. You may not post:

• Political content or religious proselytizing
• Personal opinions, rants, or harassment
• Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Content that is not tied to a genuine offering or location
• Anything that violates applicable law

4. Your Content

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant Viewlay a license to display and distribute it within the platform. Posts expire after 24 hours.

5. Moderation

Viewlay reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user at our sole discretion, with no obligation to explain or reinstate. There is no appeals process.

6. Disclaimer

Viewlay is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or for any harm resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
